According to Kim, he has set combat missions for the army and military industry to produce munitions, nuclear weapons, and strengthen civil defense sectors to further accelerate preparations for war.
He called the security situation on the Korean peninsula “dangerous due to the unprecedented confrontational actions of the United States and its allies against the DPRK.”
The North Korean dictator also “vowed to expand and develop strategic cooperation relations with anti-imperialist independent countries and dynamically conduct joint anti-imperialist actions and struggles on an international scale.”
