Turkey accepted stolen Ukrainian grain from the russian occupiers
Turkey not only passes Russian ships with stolen grain through the Bosphorus, but also receives them in its ports.
In the evening of June 15, the Russian ship ‘Fedor’ arrived at the anchorage of the Turkish port of Bandirma ‘. Where is the confidence that the Ukrainian grain was stolen on board, says ‘Peacemaker’.
In March, ‘Fedor’ (owner – the company ‘Anship’) went to Sevastopol for repairs. After the repairs, the ship was loaded at the Avlita grain terminal, from which grain stolen in Ukraine has been loaded onto ships in recent months.
Fedor came to Sevastopol by direct flight from Italy, disabling AIS. In early May, it was moved to the dock for three weeks, after which work continued at the pier in Dock Bay.
The ship turned on the AIS on the evening of June 14, when it was already near the Bosphorus. ‘Fedor’ indicated the destination of the Turkish port of Bandirma in the Sea of Marmara, where he arrived on the evening of June 15.
Thus, Turkey continues to accept in its ports ships carrying cargo from closed Crimean ports. The country violates its own Circular №635 / 2017 of the Chamber of Shipping of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which prohibits maritime trade with the occupied Crimea.
Earlier, USM reported that Russia was sending cargo stolen in Ukraine to the annexed Crimea, and from there to Turkish ports. From Turkey, in turn, the courts send building materials to the Crimea.
The Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar asked Ankara to draw attention to the illegal transport connection with Crimea and the origin of goods from the Russian side. Turkey has promised to find out, but so far it is clear that trade with the occupiers suits it.
