Ukraine will receive the fifth free Bayraktar TB2 drone in a month
At the end of July 2022, it became known that the Poles were able to raise almost $5 million for Bayraktar TB2 for Ukraine. It will be delivered to Ukraine already next month.
This was reported by the correspondent of UKRINFORM, who spoke with the general director of the Baykar company, Haluk Bayraktar. The head of the Turkish company visited the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Poland.
According to Bayraktar, the unmanned aerial vehicle will be delivered to Ukraine within one to two months. Most likely, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive the drone in October.
Note that the ‘Polish’ Bayraktar TB2 will be the fifth drone that Ukraine will receive for free. The ‘Lithuanian’ UAV Vanagas has already been joined by three drones for which money was raised in Ukraine as part of the ‘People’s Bayraktar’ project.
