Chips manufacturer Pringles sells business in Russia – media

American Kellogg, which produces Pringles chips, is preparing to leave the Russian market. The company agreed to sell the business to the local Chornogolovka group.

The production of biscuits and ready-made breakfasts under the Lyubyatovo brand may transfer to ‘Chornogolivka’.

The interlocutor of the publication said that the closing of the deal should take place at the beginning of 2023.
