A drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine effectively destroyed a Russian soldier on the front line (video)
One of the occupants was directly hit by a grenade, and the other did not even try to help his colleague.
Fighters of the reconnaissance and strike unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ‘Shershen’ successfully attacked Russian soldiers on the front line with the help of a drone. They published a video of the raid on their Telegram channel.
Scouts launched a drone over the battlefield and noticed a soldier of the Russian Armed Forces sitting alone at a crossroads in a trench. The operator took aim and accurately dropped the grenade, using the illumination mechanism of the UAV. The ammunition hit the occupant directly (in the area of the right shoulder) and exploded.
Judging by the video, the air strike was fatal for the Russian soldier — he fell on his back and did not move again. It is noteworthy that after that, another soldier, who could not be seen from behind a tree, ran out of the dead end. He did not even try to help his wounded comrade and ran away.
‘A direct hit from the ‘hornets’. Well, and the traditional rubric: ‘the Russians don’t abandon their own,’ the Ukrainian military captioned the video.
In one of the publications, representatives of the ‘Hornet’ reported that the unit is engaged in aerial reconnaissance, adjusting artillery and accompanying other groups of the Armed Forces during combat missions. Thus, drones help the military to receive up-to-date information about the situation on the battlefield, which is the key to success in war. The Hornet channel also mentions that the unit works in the Bakhmut direction.
We wrote earlier that the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed how a combat drone destroyed five invaders. The UAV pelted the enemies in the trenches with grenades, despite all their attempts to escape from the threat from the air.
They also wrote how kamikaze drones of the Armed Forces destroy Russian equipment worth millions of dollars. According to volunteers, small aircraft equipped with a camera and explosives cost about $400. One of these managed to stop a Russian tank that was trying to break through to the positions of the Armed Forces in the Zaporizhzhia region.
