Israel is studying the transfer of the Iron Dome air defense system to Ukraine, – Netanyahu

Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu said that he is studying the possibility of providing Ukraine with military aid and the transfer of the Iron Dome air defense system
Netanyahu said this in an interview with CNN.

According to the Prime Minister of Israel, he is considering the possibility of providing military aid to Ukraine. In particular, he drew attention to the fact that the USA transferred ammunition stocks to Ukraine from the territory of Israel.

‘The US simply took a huge part of Israeli ammunition and gave it to Ukraine. Israel is also, frankly, acting in a way that I will not detail here, against the Iranian production of weapons that are used against Ukraine,’ Netanyahu said.

When asked whether Ukraine could receive the Iron Dome air defense system from Israel, he replied that he was studying this issue.

‘I’m certainly studying this issue,’ Netanyahu said.

On January 1, the American publication Axios reported that Benjamin Netanyahu and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky allegedly held talks on changing Ukraine’s position at the UN regarding the resolution on the Palestinian territories in exchange for air defense.
