According to the report, this electronic currency will allow you to make instant purchases from anywhere in the world without commission. At the same time, each electronic coin is confirmed by a real, physical counterpart in the bank.
The authors of the project are the Membrane Finance company. They are licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. According to their claim, EUROe is the first and only cryptocurrency that is legally regulated by the EU.
The creators of the new electronic currency hope that it can attract more Europeans to use decentralized finance.
Stablecoins are an integral part of the transition to a blockchain-based monetary infrastructure. Europeans deserve to have a Euro stablecoin regulated by an EU financial authority. We hope that EUROe will attract more people, – said company director Juha Vitala.
