Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes: Russian troops suffer losses in the area of Lyman, Kupyansk, Bakhmut – Cherevaty

In the direction of Bakhmut, in addition to personnel, Russian troops also suffered losses in terms of weapons and ammunition: ATGMs, Strela-10 surface-to-air missile systems, and two ammunition depots.

The spokesman for the Eastern Group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Serhiy Cherevaty, said that Russian troops fired 352 times at Ukrainian positions near Bakhmut. The Ukrainian Armed Forces, in turn, killed 69 Russians, wounded 119 more occupants, and took one prisoner. This was reported by Suspilne.

Losses of Russian troops near Bakhmut

Except for the personnel, it was destroyed:

  • ATGM;
  • Strela-10 air defense system;
  • two warehouses with ammunition;
  • five army vehicles;
  • one supervisory point.

Liman-Kupyansk direction

Despite the fact that the enemy used various types of artillery 500 times and conducted two air raids, Russian troops retreated in the Liman-Kupyansk sector over the past day.

In the above-mentioned area, the Russians lost 26 servicemen killed and six wounded.

In addition, the Armed Forces were destroyed:

  • tank;
  • BMP;
  • Rapier anti-tank gun;
  • three cars.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Armed Forces seized part of Berkhivka near Bakhmut. According to the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevhen Prygozhyn, Russian troops regrouped in the village. However, Ukrainian defenders forced them to retreat.

It was also reported that NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine lost 7.5 times less in Bakhmut compared to the losses of Russian troops.
