Disrupted evacuation: Ukrainian drone attacked an armored personnel carrier and hit many occupants (video)

A group of Russian soldiers tried to escape after the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam was blown up, but could not hide from a drone.

Soldiers of the 126th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade from Odesa hit a Russian armored personnel carrier with occupants on board in Kherson region. A video of the attack was shared on Telegram by Ukrainian blogger and volunteer Serhiy Sternenko.

According to him, a group of Russian soldiers evacuated in armored vehicles after the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant dam. The kamikaze drone assembled by the Eskadron organization caught up with the occupiers near the dachas in the village of Krynky and blew them up.

“The occupants suffered losses in killed and seriously wounded,” noted Sergiy Sternenko. – “They were evacuated by drone to hell.”

The video shows several Russian soldiers riding on top of the armor, although it is impossible to count their exact number due to the low resolution. Most likely, they were heavily damaged in the explosion.

“The kamikaze drone of the 126th TRO Brigade clearly flew at a cluster of occupiers riding on armor. I don’t know how many two hundred there are, but it hit everyone, which means that a dozen ways will not be able to fight,” he commented on his channel. Yuriy Mysyagin, MP from the Servant of the People party and member of the Verkhovna Rada Defense Committee.

Earlier, we wrote about how the Ukrainian Armed Forces are destroying Russian troops using TORO FPV drones. The military reports that due to regular attacks, the occupiers are using expensive equipment on the front line less frequently, preferring to hide it in forests and plantations.

We also wrote about what FPV drones are and how they differ from other types. Drones controlled by virtual reality goggles have become a very popular means of warfare in Ukraine.

Recently, expert Viktor Taran dispelled the myths about the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ FPV combat drones. According to him, the Ukrainian military uses such drones due to the lack of more expensive weapons.
