The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate has become the largest station wagon in the German brand’s lineup. The model will initially be offered in three different versions with power from 204 to 312 hp.
The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class has received a station wagon version. It differs from the sedan in its extended wheelbase and spacious trunk. This was reported on the Motor1 website.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate is the largest station wagon in the German brand’s model range. It has a streamlined body with an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.26.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate comes with 17-inch wheels as standard. For an additional fee, 21-inch wheels are available.
The trunk volume of the station wagon is 615 liters. If you fold the rear row of seats, the luggage space increases to 1830 liters.
All versions of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate will receive rear air suspension or optional two-axle Airmatic. In Europe, three modifications will be sold initially – E200, E220d and the E300e plug-in hybrid.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate E200 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 204 hp and 320 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7.8 seconds, and the top speed is 231 km/h.
Under the hood of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate E200d is a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine with 197 hp and 440 Nm of torque. This version is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, and the top speed is 230 km/h.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate E300e is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and an electric motor with 312 hp and 550 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6.5 seconds, and the top speed is 227 km/h.
In the future, the station wagon will receive a hybrid modification with a diesel engine and an electric motor. A charged version of the E63 AMG with an output of about 700 hp is also expected.
Sales of the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate in Europe will begin at the end of 2023. The initial cost of the station wagon will be more than $50,000.
