Author of Telegram channel about summonses convicted in Kyiv: he will be imprisoned
The administrator of the telegram channel “Povistki” was convicted in Kyiv. The man received 5 years in prison and two years of probation.
This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
For example, the channel administrator allegedly disclosed information about the places of work of military officers. He was found guilty under the article on obstructing the lawful work of the Armed Forces.
Administrator of Telegram channel about subpoenas received 5 years in prison
According to the Unified Register of Court Decisions, the channel administrator posted on the network where representatives of military registration and enlistment offices were located. At the same time, he used phrases such as “if possible, do not stop by”, “be careful” and others that allegedly discredited the work of the TCC.
Therefore, the court took into account the complaints of the Kyiv district military commissariats that these messages lead to men avoiding such places and lead to the disclosure of the forms and methods of implementing the mobilization plan in the capital, disruption of mobilization activities and undermining the authority of the Armed Forces.
The court also recognized that the actions of the channel administrator lead to tension in society, create a negative attitude towards representatives of military registration and enlistment offices, and form a strong position to refuse mobilization.
Unfortunately, the court’s ruling does not point to the illegality of the TCC representatives’ methods and violations of the laws of Ukraine and the fact that they themselves discredit the honor and rank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The story of the Odesa military commissar, who, according to an “official inspection,” did not violate anything, is worth mentioning. For some reason, such anti-state actions of the TCC and military commissars do not concern our authorities. Read more in the materials of Ukrayinska Pravda.
