Ukrainian Armed Forces launch offensive in 6 more areas
On Saturday, June 24, the eastern grouping of Ukrainian troops launched an offensive in several other areas simultaneously

It is noted that Ukrainian troops launched an offensive in the direction of Bakhmut and the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, Yahidne, Klishchiyivka and Kurdyumivka.
“There is progress in all areas,” the statement said.
Malyar also emphasized that the enemy tried to advance in the Kupyansk, Lyman and Maryinka directions, but failed to make any headway. In the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk sectors, the enemy launched air strikes and conducted artillery attacks.
Meanwhile, in the south, heavy fighting continues on all offensive directions. The enemy is on the defensive, making a lot of efforts to stop our offensive actions. At the same time, the enemy suffers significant losses of personnel, weapons and equipment.
- Yuriy Fedorenko, commander of the Achilles company of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, noted that the enemy has been trying to storm the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ positions with Storm Z units for more than two weeks.
- Russian troops continue to focus their main efforts on the Liman, Avdiivka and Maryinka directions, with heavy fighting going on there.
- On June 24, the Ukrainian Defense Forces officially confirmed the liberation of the territories near Krasnohorivka in Donetsk region, which had been under occupant control since 2014.
