Russian air defense misses a strike on a military facility near Moscow

Although traditionally "we hit all the targets"

A facility hundreds of kilometers away from the border with Ukraine was hit

Unmanned aerial vehicles have once again attacked Russian territory, according to a number of Russian media outlets and the Russian Ministry of Defense, which says that five drones were involved.

Of course, in its usual style, the enemy’s defense ministry claims that all five drones were shot down-four of which were destroyed by air defense in New Moscow.

At the same time, another drone was allegedly suppressed by electronic warfare and crashed in the Odintsovo district of Moscow region. They also say that there were no casualties or damage from the attack.

However, according to open sources, at least one drone allegedly managed to reach its target – it was reported to have hit an administrative building located on the territory of a military facility in the city of Kubinka.

Occupants claim to have shot down a UAV over Odintsovo district, while a military facility in Kubinka was hit

Although it is not yet known where the “cotton” was flown from to strike targets in Russia, we emphasize that it is about 400 km from the Ukrainian border to Cuba.

It is also worth noting that the planes flying to Vnukovo airport (a few tens of kilometers from the city of Kubinka) were redirected to other airports – it is known that at least five flights had to change the airfield for landing.

In general, this is not the first time that unmanned aerial vehicles have attacked the territory of the Moscow region, including the episode with the drone attack in the Moscow region or the case of April 23, when a drone with 17 kg of explosives was found 40 km from Moscow and 490 km from Ukraine.

And this UAV was similar to the UJ-22 Airborn unmanned aerial vehicle, which can still be used to strike military targets on the territory of the occupying enemy.
