The occupation authorities of Crimea claim that Russian air defense shot down another missile. Locals say they heard eight explosions.
In the occupied Crimea, for the second time in a day, on August 12, a turbulent situation is observed in the area of the Kerch Bridge. The occupiers have once again launched a smoke screen, and residents of the peninsula hear explosions. This was reported by the Russian pro-government publication Shot.
“Eyewitnesses report new explosions in Crimea, near Kerch. Preliminary air defense is working. Traffic on the Crimean bridge is blocked again,” the statement said.
The head of the occupation administration of Crimea reported the interception of another missile.
“Another enemy missile was shot down over the Kerch Strait. We thank our air defense troops for their high professionalism and vigilance,” he said.
The occupiers again launched a smoke screen on the bridge to protect the crossing from attack.
Residents of Kerch reportedly heard at least 8 explosions.
