“Elections ended early”: SBU attacks occupants’ “election” headquarters with drones (video)
According to journalists, after the explosions, the occupiers blocked the adjacent streets, began checking people and took their drones into the air.
Ukrainian kamikaze drones attacked the so-called “election” headquarters of the occupiers in the village of Skelki, located in the Vasyliv district of Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by the UP media outlet, citing sources in the SBU.
“They (kamikaze drones) visited the “election” headquarters of the Rash*sts in the village of Skalky, Vasyliv district. The occupants use it to store ballots and documents. But the elections here ended early,” the statement said.
According to media reports, after the explosions, the Russians cordoned off adjacent streets, began conducting checks among people, and launched their unmanned aerial vehicles.

Pseudo-elections in the occupied territories: what is known
In August, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the world’s parliaments to recognize the so-called Russian “elections” in the temporarily occupied territories as illegitimate.

The fake “elections” are needed so that the enemy can update the lists and mobilize new people into the Russian army.

In Luhansk region, a drone disrupted preparations for the “elections” by hitting a car with ballots. The Russians, with the help of the military, were taking them to the polling stations, but the guerrillas used an FPV drone to stop them on the way.
On August 7, the former head of the Luhansk regional state administration, Serhiy Haidai, said that Ukrainian partisans had prevented the pseudo-elections from taking place. The building where the “voting” was to take place was burned down.
