Explosions in occupied Sevastopol: what is known (photos)
Local telegram channels claimed that the missile flew at a low altitude and published photos of smoke. The occupation authorities claim to be practicing air defense.
On the morning of September 23, explosions were heard again in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, and photos of smoke were circulated in local telegram channels. However, the so-called “governor of Sevastopol” Mikhail Razvozhayev claims that air defense was triggered.
The Crimean Wind monitoring telegram channel reported at 9 a.m. that there had been an “arrival” near Inkerman, where the Russian Black Sea Fleet oil depot is located. Readers also reported a rocket that flew at an altitude of about 30 meters. A photo of thick smoke rising over the site of the possible strike was also published.

Later, the “governor” Mikhail Razvozhayev claimed that air defense was triggered. The rocket debris fell in the Sukharna Balka area. Despite the information that air defense was allegedly activated, the city’s passenger transport suspended the ships, TASS reports.
As reported, on September 22, Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov said that generals were killed and wounded in the attack on Sevastopol. The attack hit the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet.
According to British media, the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Crimea was attacked with Storm Shadow missiles.
