This is the fifth time since the beginning of the war that Russian air defense has shot down its own plane.

Russian terrorists have once again shot down their plane near the temporarily occupied Ukrainian city of Mariupol.
This is reported by local publics.
“Our air defense has distinguished itself. The pilot is alive… At this rate of work of our valiant air defense, we will soon be left without aviation,” the post to the video reads.
As a reminder, the Russian occupation forces have recently shot down their own Su-35 multi-purpose fighter jet near Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, which is temporarily under the control of the invaders. This was reported on the Twitter page of the UK Ministry of Defense.
According to intelligence, Russian air defense systems probably shot down their own warship about 20 kilometers behind the current front line on September 28, 2023. And this plane was one of the most modern fighters in service with Putin’s army.
