On the night of November 1, the Israeli Defense Forces announced the interception of a missile in the Red Sea region that was launched from Lebanon. In response, the IDF launched air strikes on the rocket launch point.

At one o’clock in the morning, an IDF air defense group intercepted an air threat in the Red Sea area, south of Eilat, which, according to the IDF press service, posed no threat to civilians and no intrusion into Israeli territory was recorded.
“Recently, the IDF intercepted a surface-to-air missile that was fired from Lebanon toward an IDF UAV. In response, IDF aircraft struck the missile launch point as well as the terrorists who launched it,” the press service said later, at 1:15 a.m.
The IDF also published a video of strikes on missile launch sites in Lebanon.
