In Ukraine, vehicle owners whose cars were manufactured less than 15 years ago will not be entitled to a subsidy. The year of manufacture of the vehicle will not affect the moped and trailer, the Pension Fund of Ukraine reports.
“In accordance with paragraph 14 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Awarding Housing Subsidies, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 21.10.1995 No. 848, if, as of the 1st day of the month from which the housing subsidy is awarded, any household member or family member of a household member owns more than one vehicle subject to registration in accordance with the procedure established by law, less than 15 years since its manufacture (except for a moped and trailer), the subsidy is not awarded in this case,” the statement said.
The family will be eligible for a housing subsidy from January 2024, when the car is more than 15 years old.
