A salvo from four HIMARS at once: 24 missiles in arrays, each with individual guidance (video)

A simultaneous volley of four HIMARS means the destruction of a really ‘fat’ target

A very rare episode of the use of high-precision HIMARS systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was caught on video.

The thing is that four systems are working at the same time, and secondly, this happens on a day when HIMARS usually work more often at night and as part of 2-3 launchers, or even individually.

Of course, it will not be announced exactly when, and even more so, where this video was made. At the same time, such a density of fire, which required the concentration of four launchers at once, which fired 24 GMLRS missiles in volley mode, is extremely interesting.

The targets for such fire are concentrations of enemy troops, for example, when unloading at a railway station, or field camps or other places of concentration of the enemy. It became known about a similar strike a few days ago, when one of the echelons was crushed. But then the blow came at night.

At the same time, it should be noted that such a concentration of HIMARS is extremely risky because it allows the enemy to localize their location. But the high mobility of the system allows immediately after launch to leave even a fairly wide area, and not just a position where the enemy can strike.

Furthermore, a rather dense arrangement of HIMARS is practiced in the US Army, although it should be noted that it is more necessary when using ordinary, not high-precision missiles.
