In Irpіn (Ukraine), near Kyiv, which suffered from hostilities in the first months of the Russian invasion, a second modular town was built on the territory of the ‘Dubky’ sanatorium. It is being prepared for the settlement of internally displaced persons (IDPs).

‘A few days – and the first residents will receive, albeit temporary, but high-quality and comfortable housing’, – said Oleksiy Chernyshov, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

The modular town consists of 4 sections. Each of the sections contains 22 rooms for living. There are also separate modules with children’s and sports areas, dining rooms and bathrooms.

All the necessary communications have already been connected to the houses. It can accommodate 352 people.
