Eyewitnesses reported a fire and a fire on the side of the power substation in Lytkarino.
According to local residents, around 1 a.m. they noticed a bright flash from the substation, after which all the lights went out in the area, and a small fire started at the site of the flash.
According to preliminary data, Baza writes, several settlements in the Moscow region were without power.
