Apple CEO Tim Cook earned $63 million in 2023 – 36% less than in 2022
Apple has recently published its annual statement to investors, 9to5mac reports, revealing a number of details about executive compensation. In particular, the document contains information on the income of Apple CEO Tim Cook.
How much does Tim Cook earn?
So, in 2023, Apple decided to cut Tim Cook’s salary and planned to pay him $49 million. But in the end, the CEO received more – $63,209,845. But this is still 36% less than the amount the CEO received in 2022.
The salary of the Apple CEO was only $3 million. Another $10.7 million was compensation under the incentive plan, $46,970,283 was stock bonuses, and just over $2.5 million was other expenses, including life insurance, vacation pay, security costs, and personal airfare.
By the way, Apple spent $820,309 on Cook’s personal security.
