Belgorod comes under massive attack from MLRS (video)

The Russians claim that in the morning of March 20, Belgorod was allegedly massively attacked with MLRS.

The Russian Defense Ministry predictably claimed that there was only an attempted attack using RM-70 Vampire MLRS, which was repelled.

“Thirteen missiles were destroyed in the air over the Belgorod region by regular air defense systems,” the aggressor country’s military department said.

At the same time, Russian Telegram channels report that the attack in Belgorod resulted in a death and injuries, publishing eyewitness footage.

Several people suffered injuries of varying severity, including a 17-year-old girl.

Several houses and cars were also damaged by shells or shrapnel.

The governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, also reported on the work of Russian air defense over the city and the region.

According to preliminary information, one person was killed – the man was in the car when the debris hit it, and he died on the spot from his injuries before the ambulance arrived. Two people were injured in the shelling: a 17-year-old girl suffered a closed head injury and a brow area cut, and a man sustained shrapnel wounds to his right upper limb,” said Gladkov.

In addition, according to him, several apartments in 12 apartment buildings in Belgorod were damaged (windows were smashed, balconies were damaged) and 16 cars were damaged.

Three educational facilities – 2 kindergartens and a school – were also destroyed, and in Belgorod district, in the village of Rozumne, 7 private households and two cars were damaged.

Volunteers of LSR, RDC and Sibbat appeal to the authorities of the Belgorod region

Russian volunteers appealed to the governor of the Belgorod region. They called on Putin’s henchman to stop hiding behind civilians and evacuate the region’s residents.

Vyacheslav Gladkov was approached by the Russian Volunteer Corps, the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Siberian Battalion.

The volunteers urged Gladkov to think about his own people.

“The Liberation Movement calls on the leadership of the Belgorod region and, in particular, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov to stop hiding behind the civilian population and immediately evacuate people from the entire territory of the Belgorod region,” the volunteers’ appeal says.

According to them:

• Strikes against military targets are intensifying,
• the shelling of the region has not actually stopped,
• people continue to suffer and die.

The volunteers noted that civilian casualties are on the conscience of the local authorities, as they are obstructing the evacuation of people.
