China successfully launched an experimental reusable spacecraft on Friday to test technologies that will help support activities in space. This is reported by the state media of China.
The spacecraft was launched on a Long March-2F rocket from the Jiuquan Cosmodrome in Inner Mongolia. It is expected to return to the target landing site after a period of operation in orbit. Detailed information about the ship has not yet been reported.
Note that China is expanding its space exploration efforts, including building its own space station. US officials criticized China last weekend after missile debris fell to Earth over the Indian Ocean, saying the lack of information sharing about the flight path of the debris was China’s fault.
