The ballistic missile is designed to destroy enemy artillery, air and missile defense systems. Navigation is performed using an inertial system, GPS or GLONASS.
The Czechoslovak Group was able to integrate the complex on a Tatra 815-7 chassis with an 8×8 wheel configuration. The launcher consists of two containers, each of which houses one KHAN ballistic missile.
