Dubidoc: a new free service for signing and exchanging documents from Dmitry Dubilet
Fintech Farm CEO Dmytro Dubilet has announced the launch of a new free service for document management called Dubidoc.
Dmytro Dubilet launches Dubidoc, a free service for signing and exchanging documents in Ukraine
Dubidoc can be used for both personal and business purposes.
“Frankly speaking, I was sure that such a service would appear a few years ago, when Diia.Signature appeared. But we didn’t wait for something, so we decided to do it ourselves,” Dmytro Dubilet wrote on his Telegram channel.
You need to know how the service works:
- Upload documents (act, contract, invoice, etc. in pdf and other formats).
- Sign with Diya.
- Share via messenger or email, just like in Google Docs.
- The service is simple and minimalistic, and has convenient access for accountants, sorting by tags, and other convenient features.
A web version and a mobile app for iOS and Android are available.
“It’s interesting that I once launched a similar service at PrivatBank (but there was no Diia and no app back then). Our service was later copied by several Ukrainian companies. But these services work poorly, and their interfaces are complicated,” writes Dmytro Dubilet. He also said that the service was created in partnership with the team of Checkbox, one of the most popular software PTRs in Ukraine, and its co-founder Andriy Sukhov.
To use the service, needed: – leave your email on dubidoc.com.ua.
Next week, the team will start sending invites to the first users.
