Businessman Elon Musk has called “fake” media reports that accused him of anti-Semitism after approving anti-Semitic content in a publication on X.
Backlash from the platform’s biggest advertisers, such as Apple and Disney, erupted in mid-November after Musk agreed with a post that said Jews have a “dialectical hatred” of white people. The post drew criticism from the White House, as well as several Tesla investors.
This past week, there were hundreds of bogus media stories claiming that I am antisemitic.
Nothing could be further from the truth.

On Sunday, November 19, the businessman wrote in X that he wished humanity only the best: “Last week, hundreds of fake stories appeared in the media about me being an anti-Semite. Nothing could be further from the truth. I wish all the best for humanity and a prosperous and exciting future for all.”
Among those who supported Musk was Bill Ackman, CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management. In October, it announced its intentions to enter into a deal with X as part of a new investment mechanism aimed at private companies seeking to raise $1.5 billion or more and list them on the stock exchange.
