Employers have started looking for candidates with ChatGPT skills and offer them salaries of up to UAH 120 thousand.
The Ukrainian job search service Work.ua analyzed vacancies in which employers specify ChatGPT as a condition and shared interesting information on the areas where AI skills are required. The speaker also reported the salary level offered to specialists with the ability to use AI in their work.
It is noted that employers have already started looking for candidates who know how to work with ChatGPT, although the chatbot has only recently started working in Ukraine. Currently, 16 vacancies are posted on Work.ua, with ChatGPT proficiency specified in the requirements.

- Project manager, 80,000-120,000 UAH – knowledge of ChatGPT will be an advantage.
- Marketing Director, 40,000-80,000 UAH – must use the latest technologies: ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI.
- SEO Specialist, 35,000 UAH – working with content optimization services with ChatGPT will be a plus.
- Clients Recruiter, 15,000-45,000 UAH – provides a candidate with a subscription to ChatGPT as a professional tool for work.
- Community Manager, SMM, 28,000 UAH – writing content with ChatGPT.
- Copywriter, 25,000-30,000 UAH – work with ChatGPT to optimize processes and write texts.
- Content Manager, 26,000-28,000 UAH – SEO optimization of product cards with ChatGPT.
- Lead Generation Manager, UAH 9,000-17,000 – responsibilities for creating a cover letter, including using ChatGPT; Advanced English level in correspondence or using AI – ChatGPT.
- Python Developer – they are looking for a Strong Middle Python developer for back-end integration with ChatGPT and similar services.
Thus, artificial intelligence does not take away jobs and does not work without people, but it is already becoming a working tool that helps to earn money.
