European drone manufacturer AltasPRO to open a plant in Ukraine
Atlas Dynamics, a company that develops small UAVs, plans to open a factory in Ukraine to produce drones. This was reported by ArmyInform.
According to Ivan Tolchinsky, the company’s CEO, the relevant work is already underway. He also denied information from some media outlets that Ukraine was allegedly blocking the manufacturer’s activities.
Tolchinsky said that the delay in the plant’s construction was due to a number of issues, including imports of parts, taxes, and production facilities.
We get a lot of questions when we are going to work in Ukraine: do we need ISO, do we need other types of certification for our products?
Ivan Tolchinsky
He added that each market has its own specifics, so “you can’t build a plant in a month.”
