From waste to energy: Air Burners offers a revolutionary way to charge electric vehicles using wood waste
Air Burners has introduced a new technology for charging electric vehicles using energy generated from burning wood waste. This solution not only provides a sustainable source of energy for electric vehicles, but also makes a positive contribution to waste management.
Air Burners has developed plants that can convert wood waste into an energy source for charging electric vehicles. This innovative technology represents a significant advance in the production of clean energy.
The BurnBoss, CharBoss, TrackBoss units each have pollution control technology that significantly reduces smoke emissions to 10% opacity. This is in stark contrast to the 100% opacity associated with open burning. These air curtain installations efficiently burn wood waste without the use of hydrocarbon fuels, leaving behind a nutrient-rich soil amendment.
PGFireBox, a portable and self-contained device with a battery pack module (BSM). The device not only generates but also stores energy throughout the day and later serves as a charging station for electric vehicles.
The plants produce 480 kWh with the potential to scale up to 700 kWh. The system burns 6 to 8 tons of waste per hour, which means significant energy production potential.
By efficiently converting wood waste into electrical energy, these plants offer a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to meet the growing energy needs of electric vehicles, as well as contribute to waste reduction and soil improvement.
