Gazprombank continues to finance the war against Ukraine: it has not yet been disconnected from SWIFT
Western sanctions, which cut off many Russian banks from SWIFT, have helped significantly complicate Russia’s economic situation. However, the terrorist country still has loopholes that help it finance the war against Ukraine.
Thus, Gazprombank continues to pour money into Russia’s deadly weapons. The financial institution has not yet been disconnected from the international SWIFT system.
Gazprombank continues to finance the killings of Ukrainians
The Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has established that unmanned aerial vehicles, components for military equipment and electronic reconnaissance equipment for units of the 47th Panzer Division of the Russian Army were purchased through Russia’s Promsvyazbank and Gazprombank.
By the way, on March 12, Promsvyazbank was included in the list of institutions disconnected from the SWIFT system. But only British sanctions are currently in force against Gazprombank.
The Ministry of Defense stressed that Gazprombank is the main institution in Russia, through which Europeans pay for the supply of Russian energy.
