Glovo launches new services available throughout Ukraine
During the war, Glovo launched new in-app services that are available to users throughout Ukraine.
Glovo continues to improve the service and expand the capabilities of all platform participants – App Users, couriers, and partners. From now on, new options are available to users of the Glovo app throughout Ukraine: make a contribution to charitable foundations and order online medical consultations.
“Before the war, our service was more focused on the vertical of delivery from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops. We resumed our work on the second day of the war, because we can help and support here and now all those who need to deliver essential goods. Now we have adapted our platform to the realities of today, making the app available not only in those cities where courier delivery operates, but also throughout the country. Now a Glovo user in every corner of Ukraine can get a doctor’s consultation by phone or contact the foundation and a humanitarian organization,“ said Dmytro Rasnovsky, General Manager of Glovo in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

In babble “help Ukraine!” you can make a contribution to the Come Back Alive Foundation or the Red Cross Society of Ukraine. The amount of the contribution varies from 10 UAH to 10 thousand UAH. To make a donation, you need to select the amount of the deposit and confirm the order. After confirmation, the amount will be debited from the user’s payment card.
Two options for ordering online medical consultations are available at Bubble Health. The “Medical Services” option is informational in nature and contains contact phone numbers of doctors of various profiles who provide free consultations. The list of doctors includes: general practitioner, cardiologist, gastroenterologist, pulmonologist, rheumatologist, radiologist, endocrinologist, nephrologist. To call a doctor, you need to copy their phone number from the app to the dial option on your phone.
The Glovo service launched the “online consultations” option in partnership with Universum Clinic, whose specialists provide medical consultations. The list includes doctors of various fields: gynecologist, ENT, endocrinologist, urologist, psychologist, neurologist, surgeon, therapist. To use the service, you need to choose a doctor, pay for the service through the app, and wait for a call from the doctor. Requests for online consultations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The user will receive a medical report based on the consultation in a convenient way – in a messenger or by email.
Glovo is a multi-category service that aims to make cities accessible to consumers by allowing them to get any product or service on demand in less than an hour. To start using the Glovo service, you need to download the app from the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone, create an account, add a payment card, and decide on an order or service. Only adults can become users of the Glovo app.
