Google has released a program for wireless data transfer from smartphone to PC
Google has released the official version of Nearby Share for Windows, which allows you to share files between Android devices and Windows computers and laptops, according to Android.
Previously, access to Nearby Share was limited and open only to some users in the form of a beta version.
Although file transfer speeds may be slightly slower with Nearby Share than with a cable connection, the program is suitable for sharing photos, audio files, videos, and documents.
Users can also control who can find their device and send files. Access can be granted to everyone, only to friends and family, or only to your own devices.
To use the Nearby Share app, you need to have a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or later, and have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Also, the program will not be supported on devices with ARM chips.
