Poland plans to launch a series of military surveillance satellites into orbit in 2025, Reuters reports.

According to Tomczyk, Poland plans to purchase a satellite system equipped with radar and optical technology that will allow for Earth observation regardless of atmospheric conditions and will use both foreign and Polish technologies.
Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said that in 2024 the country will develop space forces based on lessons learned from Ukraine’s experience after the Russian invasion in February 2022.
