Unfortunately, we start this day with bad news. Eyewitnesses reported that about 300 people were killed in the drama theater of Mariupol as a result of the bombing by a Russian plane. Until the last moment, I don’t want to believe in this horror. Until the last moment, I want to believe that everyone managed to escape. But the words of those who were inside the building at the time of this terrorist attack suggest otherwise.
The drama theater in the heart of Mariupol has always been the hallmark of the city. A place of meetings, dates, and a reference point. “Where are you? I’m on drama.” How many times have we heard or said this phrase: “on drama”…
Now there’s No More Drama. In its place, a new point of pain of Mariupol residents appeared, ruins that became the last refuge for hundreds of innocent people.
The drama theater was cynically destroyed by the messengers of the Russian World. These fascists of the 21st century were not stopped by the huge inscription of children, nor by the statements of the people themselves that there are only civilians – women, children, elderly people. He knew what the consequences might be, and still, the bombs fell on a place that became a refuge for hundreds of Mariupol residents. There can be and never will be an explanation for this inhuman cruelty. More than ever, there will be no forgiveness for those who have brought ruin, pain, and suffering to our home.
We will be able to restore our homes, but we will never get our friends, neighbors, relatives, and friends back.
