In Russia, a group of mobilized people escaped from the train from Voronezh by taxi to Moscow

In Russia, a group of men who were drafted into the Russian Armed Forces as part of the so-called ‘partial’ mobilization did not reach their destination. They got off the train at one of the stations in the Voronezh region and dozed off to Moscow. This is reported by the Russian publication Kommersant.

It is noted that 15 mobilized people got off the train that stopped in the Voronezh region. Most of them were returned. Six managed to escape – they went towards Moscow, using the services of a taxi.

It is noted that the men were unarmed, so special measures to strengthen the work of law enforcement agencies in the Voronezh region are not being taken, but in the capital of the Russian Federation and Moscow suburbs, DPS outfits have been strengthened, and police stations have been sent to target six servicemen who escaped.

Earlier it was reported that Russia refused to publish lists of dead mobilized Russians, eliminated during the successful special operation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in Makiivka on New Year’s Eve. On January 9, the military commissar of the Samara region said that such information could be used by foreign special services.

Ihor Strelkov-Ghirkin, a former leader of the pro-Russian militants ‘DPR’, said on January 25 that ‘we will not be able to defeat Ukraine’ without a new wave of mobilization. At the same time, according to him, it is necessary to mobilize not only people, but also the rear.
