iPhone 15, Apple Watch 9 and Ultra 2 – RESULTS OF THE Apple Wonderlust PRESENTATION
Yesterday evening, a traditional big presentation of new products from Apple took place outside Kyiv. We recommend watching the original presentation here. In this article and the video in the header, we will review the main points and changes that have occurred compared to previous models.
So, Apple has presented a new line of iPhone 15, Apple Watch 9, and Ultra 2. Externally, the new products differ little from the previous versions, or rather, they are almost indistinguishable. But there are changes under the hood.
iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro
The iPhone 15 has a Super Retina XDR and 48-megapixel camera, a 6.1-inch screen, and 128 GB of internal storage.
Also, the iPhone 15 family is called the “most powerful” smartphones compared to its predecessors. This is mainly due to the use of new A16 processors in the iPhone 15 and A17 processors in the iPhone 15 Pro, which, as the company said, is manufactured using a 3 nm process. This made it possible to increase productivity by 20 percent or more with the same dimensions. It seems that Apple is becoming more gamer-friendly. The presentation devoted a lot of time to the processes of gaming and performance in games.
The Dynamic Island of smartphones (the cutout that houses sensors and camera modules) will now be adapted to different tasks. It will zoom in and out, show weather and taxi widgets.
Apple’s new smartphone has a new USB-C charging connector that will become standardized for new smartphone models as required by the European Union, as well as for Apple Watch, iPad tablets, MacBook laptops, and AirPods wireless headphones. Wired headphones will also be switched to USB-C.
The display of the new iPhones has become much brighter, but the screen diagonal has not changed at all
The price of the iPhone 15 is $799. Its larger version, the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus, costs $899.
The company also presented the iPhone 15 Pro, which will have improved performance, resolution, and camera. The iPhone 15 Pro has 128 GB of internal storage, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max has 256 GB. They will cost $999 and $1199. The smartphones will be available in stores starting September 22.
The Pro version of the smartphone will have a titanium body, and the new side button for switching sounds will now perform different functions depending on the application.
Also, there is a version of the iPhone 15 Pro Max that now has the longest optical zoom – a 5x increase. This will allow you to zoom in on objects without losing quality. It also has the most advanced stabilization – up to 10,000 movements per second. This is twice as much as in the iPhone 14 Pro.

Apple Watch
At the presentation, Apple Watch was presented in two variations – Apple Watch Series 9 and Watch Ultra 2.
Most interestingly, the smartwatch has a new Double Tap feature that allows you to answer or end calls with a double tap of your thumb and forefinger, as well as control certain functions with gestures (without using the display). This also allows you to control the watch completely with one hand, and it was this point that Apple emphasized in the presentation.
Other new features include a new processor and a wide range of screen brightness. The brightness of its new displays was also emphasized at the presentation of the new iPhones.
