Lenovo is preparing a unique laptop with a transparent lid and screen (exclusive photos)
At Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona, which will be held from February 26 to 29, Lenovo will present a series of new laptops, including one with a unique transparent display.
According to Windows Report, which published the first images of this laptop, the device will have a bezel-less design with an almost completely transparent lid when inactive. The bottom of the notebook will also serve as a display for the touch keyboard, giving the impression that the backlit buttons are covered by glass when closed. The device will belong to the ThinkBook series, and the presence of a keyboard with a numeric pad suggests that the screen diagonal will be 15 or 16 inches. The OS will be Windows 11. There are no other details about the characteristics, but usually the most modern Intel platforms are chosen for such devices (concepts).
It may be just a concept, but Lenovo has already had success with similar innovations in the past, for example, with the Yoga Book 9i laptop, which was also originally a concept, but later went into mass production.
