The press service of Mercedes-Benz’s distributor in Russia, MB Rus, confirmed the software shutdown. The company noted that from now on, repairs will be carried out “based on the accumulated experience and knowledge.”
The Russian Association of Car Dealers complained that all official distributors have problems with the software. This is due to the fact that after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, most foreign automakers left the Russian market.
