Meta develops a neural bracelet that allows you to control technology with the power of thought

Recently, a new episode of the Morning Brew Daily podcast with Meta’s CEO was released. Mark Zuckerberg shared that his team is developing a neural interface. But, he says, it’s not about a chip implanted in the brain: “Maybe in the future someone will do it, but I don’t want to. The one we are working on is basically a bracelet.
It works as a neural interface that your brain uses to communicate with your body and control how you move by sending these nervous system signals to your muscles. And you can catch them with a bracelet.”
The idea, as explained by Zuckerberg, is that the bracelet will be able to pick up neural signals from the brain to the hand when you think about typing a query with your fingers. AI will receive the request and voice the answer through the glasses’ speakers. Meta’s CEO noted that the team has been working on it for several years, and they are “close to having a product within the next two years.”
He also shared that he does not believe in delegation of authority.
