Microsoft adds picture search to Bing Chat
Microsoft has added a visual search function to its AI-powered Bing chatbot.
The function is based on the large multimodal GPT-4 model by OpenAI. It can recognize objects, interpret content, and search the image content.
To use visual search, you need to switch to chat mode, upload an image, enter a query, and click the “send message” button. Within a few seconds, the chatbot will give you the result.
Visual search is already available to users around the world on PCs and in Bing mobile apps.
