MSI has announced the world’s first laptop with a 120Hz display based on a 4K Mini LED panel
MSI has announced the Titan 18 HX laptop. The company said that this is the world’s first laptop with a 4K display, 120 Hz refresh rate, and Mini LED panel.
From the name it is clear that MSI Titan 18 HX is equipped with an 18″ screen. The panel has a resolution of 3840 x 2400 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16 to 10, VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certificate, 3 ms response time, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.
The MSI Titan 18 HX has an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and a mobile discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card. The amount of RAM is 128 GB, but it is possible to install another 64 GB. The maximum storage capacity is 4 TB (two 2 TB SSDs).
The price of MSI Titan 18 HX has not been specified, but the laptop is expected to cost more than $5000. We will learn more about the gaming laptop in three weeks at CES 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
