The NASA space agency announced new dates for the possible launch of a rocket as part of the Artemis 1 lunar mission.
This was reported by NASA Space Flight.
“Following a successful dress rehearsal, NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) returned the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket to the vehicle assembly site for the final time before launch. Artemis 1 will now undergo final readiness checks and launch preparations before its maiden flight, scheduled for later this year,” – the statement said.
Currently, NASA is targeting a time window of August 23 to September 6 for the launch of the rocket as part of the Artemis 1 mission.
