Residents of Mexico will be the first to buy the Chevrolet Aveo, as the model is produced in this country (it will also be assembled in China). The hatchback costs from $16,750, and the sedan will be cheaper – from $16,000.
The new Chevrolet Aveo 2023 has become more restrained in appearance. The design has more facets, and the wide radiator grille is combined with large headlights.
The car is bigger than its predecessor: the Chevrolet Aveo hatchback measures 4170 mm in length and the sedan is 4490 mm long. The width (1695 mm), height (1490 mm) and wheelbase (2550 mm) of the two models are the same. The trunk volume of the Chevrolet Aveo is 304 liters, and the sedan is 475 liters.
Inside the cabin, the steering wheel is flattened and the instruments are separated by a trip computer screen. The basic equipment is expanded and includes an 8-inch touchscreen, 6 airbags, air conditioning, parking sensors and a rearview camera. The top-of-the-line variant adds climate control and 15-inch alloy wheels.
The new Chevrolet Aveo is available exclusively with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 98 hp. с. A 6-speed manual transmission and a variator are available.
