Nova Poshta launched delivery of parcels at MOYO stores in Kyiv
“Nova Poshta” and MOYO began to cooperate – thanks to this partnership, customers can order delivery of paid parcels to MOYO stores. However, there are currently several limitations.
Firstly, so far the service is available only in MOYO stores in Kyiv — currently such delivery points are set up in 12 stores. It is planned to expand the project to the entire MOYO network in the country, but specific terms are not yet known.
Secondly, there are restrictions on weight and value — yes, at the MOYO store checkout, customers can receive a paid parcel up to 10 kg and worth up to UAH 5,000.
MOYO, the Ukrainian chain of hardware stores, was the first to equip its retail outlets for delivery of parcels within the framework of the partnership with Novaya Poshta. In addition, some MOYO stores have already switched to alternative power sources. In such stores, customers will be able to receive their parcel regardless of electricity supply schedules. This is definitely a good initiative considering that the demand for parcel delivery is increasing day by day and alarms and blackouts are seriously hampering the timely delivery of parcels.
To receive a parcel from the MOYO drop-off point with delivery via Nova Poshta, you need:
- When ordering goods in online stores, indicate the number of the delivery point.
- Pay in advance for delivery in the Novaya Poshta mobile application.
- Indicate the parcel number to the store cashier.
