Only robots: a unique burger restaurant will appear in the United States (video)
A new fast food restaurant – CaliExpress by Flippy – will open in the American city of Pasadena. This will be the first burger joint where all processes from order taking to food preparation will be automated.
Customers will be able to place an order on a special terminal and then watch their order being prepared by robots. The Flippy robots, created by Miso Robotics, will move around the kitchen on their own, preparing fries and burgers with vegetables and sauces.
This fully robotic fast food restaurant will be located next to a traditional burger joint staffed by humans. Thus, in the event of any failures, the staff will be able to fix Flippy errors.
