OpenAI plans to hold its first conference for developers
OpenAI has announced that it will hold its first developer conference in San Francisco on November 6, 2023, TechCrunch reports.
The one-day DevDay event will consist of a keynote presentation and breakout sessions conducted by OpenAI technical specialists.
The company also said that the event will feature new tools and an opportunity to exchange ideas.
DevDay will be held offline, but some parts of the conference, including the keynote presentation, will be broadcast online.
Registration for the event will open in the coming weeks, and the number of participants will be limited to hundreds of developers from around the world.
According to OpenAI, more than 2 million developers use AI tools, including large language models GPT-4 and ChatGPT, text-to-picture model DALL-E 2, and automatic speech recognition model Whisper.
