Russian journalists report that an unknown telephone terrorist has again reported a bomb threat and that explosives experts and dog handlers have been dispatched to the center of Moscow.
In Moscow, police are again checking the Ostankino Tower for explosives. This was reported by the Russian media outlet Mash on Tuesday, June 27.
“New threat of an explosion in the Ostankino Tower. According to our information, unknown persons called again and announced that the TV tower on Akademika Korolyova Street was mined,” the media outlet wrote.
The media added that police were evacuating visitors and staff from the tower.
Dog handlers are still on the way and have not yet arrived at the scene.
For its part, TASS reports that a telephone terrorist has reported mining of the Ostankino TV center for the second time in 24 hours. However, the media deny that people were evacuated.
The media also reports that explosives experts are on their way to the scene.
