Production and testing footage of the Shahed-171 stealth jet drone, which can take off from a pickup truck, has been released

The Iranian Shahed-171 drone can take off from a regular pickup truck on its own, using a jet engine. The device can be used to attack convoys of vehicles and conduct reconnaissance.

Details of its production at a plant in Iran and test footage were published by an OSINT investigator with the nickname OSINTNic on the X network (formerly Twitter).

In the video, you can see the drone manufacturing process – from the moment the body is molded to painting and programming. After that, they show how the device takes off, with a car delivering it to the launch site. The drone starts independently – it does not require special installations that are used to launch, for example, Shahed-136 kamikaze drones.

The following shots are examples of the use of Shahed 171. The drone tracks a convoy of vehicles in the desert and targets individual armored vehicles.
